Responsibilities:

Provide financial/accounting/auditing and administration expertise and advice to the senior management team.
Ensure appropriate financial procedures and practices are in place to effectively manage financial aspects of the organization.
Interpret organization's policy as it affects the financial/accounting and administrative functions to ensure that all policies are adhered to.
Ensure that the financial/accounting and administrative functions achieve targets and business development objectives through effective management.
Liaise with external auditors and take responsibility for co-coordinating audit of accounts.
Maintain regular contact with the company's bankers and financial advisers.
Controlling local office related financial/auditing reports, day-to-day financial transactions and legal documents preparation (hands-on work experience needed).

Requirements:

Minimum 3 year(s) experience required.
university degree in Financial/Accounting or recognized professional qualification in Accounting with good business and commercial sense.
Possess strong business acumen and be able to see the big picture whilst also being able and ready to go into detail.
Preferably those who have experiences in manufacturing industries.
Willing to have intensive travelling schedule.
Home Base: Bandung area, Semarang area, and Surabaya area.

To assist Sales Person to develop 1st hand all aspects of Sales activity within the Jakarta Office
General Cargo : Assist Sales Person to develop of General Cargo Sales Air and Sea, Import and export with a priority given to freehand sales development
From time to time other priorities may be given to one area or another depending on the nature of the result that can be achieved
Positive direction / advice / with others is encouraged in terms of Sales activity / awareness and leads that can be obtained via operational contacts and managements contacts
Freedom to assist Sales Person to secure and develop business with other company Branches

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree from recognized university or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in an international sea freight or air freight operation and logistic company.
Meticulous with strong analytical skills
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
Excellent team working skills
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks
