Service & Network Officer (SNO)
Tangerang (Banten)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the development of new services
Responsible for service provisioning
Responsible for working with marketing in introducing new services
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining SLA
Responsible for coordinating and interfacing with Infrastructure Officer for restoring incident

Requirements:

Graduate from reputable university with Bachelor degree in Engineering with GPA > 3.0
Good knowledge and understanding in ICT infrastructure and services
Have working experience as Service Engineers for more than 3 years in telecommunication, ISP or IT companies
Understand IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player, self motivated, high energy
Domicile at Area Tangerang, Serpong, BSD, Bogor
