Responsibilities:
Acquire client. Execute client’s order. Update client on information of capital market. Monitor and update client on transaction proceeded.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from any major (preferably from Economic)
Fresh graduates are welcome; a year experience as Relationship Officer or Financial Consultant in banking or insurance industry will be an advantage
Has WPPE license will be an advantage
Success-motivated, target oriented, self-disciplined and teamwork oriented
Highly energetic and strong personal network
Computer literacy
Good in English

Claim Support (Solo)
Surakarta (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

To conduct claim survey (all LOB) and arrange claim survey reports in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the company;
To ensure claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard procedure;
To ensure and secure appropriate authentication and documentation of claims;
To provide and monitor claims statistics and proactively provide feedback and advices on risks improvement;
To liaise with other insurance, brokers, loss adjusters, workshops, and other relevant companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement.

Requirements:

Male/Female, maximum age 30 years old;
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or major in Insurance Academy;
Minimum experience 2 years in handling claim MV and Non-MV;
Understanding the process and procedure claim in General Insurance Company;
Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Computer Literate (Word & Excel) is a must;
Proficient in English both oral & written;
Able to work under-pressure;
Home based in Solo.
