Responsibilities:

Perform all daily HR activities to support the HR Manager in the implementation of strategic objectives
Proactively plan and manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions; sourcing and short-listing, skills & personality testing, behavioral interview, salary negotiation, medical check-up arrangement and new employee induction
Administering and tracking of probationary / merit appraisals and employee contract renewals
Process departmental transfers and promotions
Maintain employees Leave and Attendance administration and liaise with payroll team
Maintain relationship with Union and Manpower Office.
Handling Employees Grievance and Counseling
Maintaining Jamsostek administration which includes of Occupational Accident Benefit, Death Benefit, Old Age Benefit and Medical Benefit
Maintaining the Staff training program requirements and create the program to meet career development need

Requirements:

Male / Female, maximum 35 years old.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, Psychology.
Minimum 5 years experience on HR field with 3 years as Supervisor in manufacturing.
Have experience handling Medical Insurance, Jamsostek, Payroll and good knowledge of Labor Laws, and HR administration process.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills of both spoken and written English
Detail oriented and excellent skills in computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel & Email.
Willing to be placed in our Manufacturing, Dumai- Riau.

CPKO Refinery Manager
Riau - Dumai

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production capacity of 200 MT per day CPKO fractionation plant to achieve the targeted CPKS production
Manage day-to-day production capacity of 600 MT per day CPKO Refinery plant to achieve the targeted RBDPKO production.
Achieve day-to-day and storage tank quality of CPKS produced with respect to IV and SFC
Achieve targeted yield of PK Stearin within IV of 7 or 5
Improve plant throughput and yield both CPKO in refinery and CPKS in fractionation
Oversee and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of the plant comprising cold room, CPKO slab making conveyer (crystallizer),membrane presses, chiller and HP Boiler
Train the operation team
Keep the plant premises neat and tidy
Manage tank logistics with the help of the management team
Liaise with CPKO refining plant team and ensure that either RPKS/RPKL refined meet expected quality with minimum down grading loss during change-over for CPKS/CPKL refining
Making sure that CPKS/CPKL as well as RPKS/RPKL loaded to barges / vessels for shipments are done following the pigging procedure to eliminate product contamination
Ensure implementation of and adherence to health, safety and quality standards
Manage production budgets and implement cost control programmer

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of hands-on relevant industry experience, preferably with PK Fractionation exposure
Strong leadership, problem solving, communication, interpersonal relationship Skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Dumai.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.
